W4J is developing a Resident Preservation approach for selected real estate situations. The concept is intended to help the company evaluate whether a transaction can meet sound business standards while also considering options that may reduce unnecessary displacement and preserve neighborhood stability.

As W4J grows, we intend to give back through education, internships, apprenticeships, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business and property work.
We are especially interested in creating pathways for students and young people in trade schools, colleges, universities, and two-year educational programs to gain supervised experience and develop useful skills.
